They will also provide an operating framework where laws and regulations do exist, but are weakly, arbitrarily, or inequitably enforced.
While the LP Gas industry accepts its responsibilities for operating its business in conformity with applicable laws, regulations
and standards, there are some issues over which only government has authority to enforce.
Government should ensure issues and recommendations proffered by LPGSAZ are considered in their own regulations. It is our considered view that Government should support the industry’s efforts for self-regulation.
